Notes
2 night minimum from September-May
3 night minimum June
7 night minimum in July-August (Saturday-Saturday).
Holiday weekends require a 3-night minimum.
We do not allow weddings, Bridal showers and/or parties.
We  do not allow pets (no exceptions), we love them though.

Sean & Lesley purchased their first rental home in 2020 and their second in 2023, both in York Maine.

For 25 years, we've said, Someday.......... Well, "Someday is Today" and that became the name of our first York, Maine rental home. Â Our second rental home is called "Day Dream Believer"
Sean is a licensed Realtor in NH and Maine.
Sean owns/has owned various commercial and residential properties is Southern New Hampshire and Maine.
Lesley was a social worker prior to having kids. She now works in the local school system as a Para-Educator specializing in reading support.Â
They both enjoy all aspects of Real Estate and are looking forward to serving their guests in the Short Term Rental business.
